Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and labels.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $100USD+

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
