SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time-
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available for select locations)

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Additional customs fees and import taxes may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by clicking the link in the email or by visiting our website and entering your tracking number.

Missing or Lost Packages:
If your package is lost or missing, please contact us at info@luxbeach.co within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue and work with the carrier to resolve it.
